What thisworkflow does.

This is a ready-to-use n8n workflow, taken entirely from the JSON file you uploaded. Every automation step below is directly extracted from the workflow nodes such as LinkedIn Company Scraper, Remove HTML LinkedIn Page, Determine B2B + Staffing & Recruiting, Recruiting & Staffing?, B2B?, <50?, and Airtable update nodes.

WHAT THIS AUTOMATION DOES 1. Pulls Leads Directly From Airtable The workflow starts by pulling fresh leads from your Airtable CRM through the node: “Pull Lead From Airtable”

This ensures every incoming company gets qualified automatically.

2. Validates if the Company Is Based in the US A dedicated decision node checks whether the lead comes from the United States. If NOT US, the workflow automatically deletes the lead using: “Delete Lead – Not US”

This ensures you only enrich companies that fit your target geography.

3. Scrapes the Company’s LinkedIn Page Using the LinkedIn Company Scraper, the workflow pulls the full HTML content of the company’s LinkedIn profile.

4. Cleans the HTML and Extracts Plain Text The workflow uses a custom code node titled “Remove HTML LinkedIn Page” to:

Remove all HTML tags

Strip scripts & styles

This converts messy LinkedIn HTML into clean readable text.

5. Uses AI to Determine If the Company Is a Recruiting or Staffing Firm The node “Determine B2B + Staffing & Recruiting” applies an LLM prompt specifically designed to identify whether:

The company is a Recruiting or Staffing firm

The company is B2B-focused

The exact number of employees, extracted from the phrase “Follow View all X employees”

The AI checks if the company fits ANY of these:

Full-Service Staffing Agency

Niche Recruiting Firm (tech, healthcare, etc.)

RPO Provider

Executive Search Firm

Contingency/Retained Search

Any B2B-focused hiring service

And it extracts the employee count with complete accuracy.

6. Multi-Layer Filtering System A. First Filter: Is It Recruiting or Staffing? If is_recruiting_staffing_firm = yes, the workflow continues.

Otherwise → lead gets marked as not qualified.

B. Second Filter: Is It B2B? If is_b2b_focused = yes, the system proceeds.

If not → lead is disqualified.

C. Third Filter: Does the Company Have Fewer Than 50 Employees? The workflow checks: number_of_employees < 51

If yes → it qualifies for premium outreach. If no → marked as “Not Qualified”.

7. Automatic CRM Updates in Airtable Depending on the results:

Qualified leads get updated with:
