This policy describes what data Virgin AI Shop (operated by Virgin AI Agency, "we", "us") collects when you use this site or buy a workflow, how we use it, and how you can control it.
Information we collect
Account info. Email address when you sign in via magic link, plus any optional profile fields you provide.
Order info. Items purchased, price paid, order ID, and the email address on the receipt. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal — we never see or store your full card number or CVV.
Contact submissions. Anything you submit through our contact form (name, email, message, budget, timeline, company).
Usage data. Standard analytics — page views, referrer, country, device — collected via a privacy-friendly analytics tool. No third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the workflows you buy, send receipts and product updates, respond to your messages, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.
Third parties we share with
We use a small set of trusted vendors to run the site:
- Stripe / PayPal — payments
- Supabase — database, auth, storage
- Vercel — hosting
- Resend — transactional email
- Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection
Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies for sign-in and checkout. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Optional analytics cookies are anonymized.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your purchase history and submissions

Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Workflow downloads are served via signed, time-limited URLs. Sensitive API keys you provide for custom builds are stored encrypted and deleted once the build is delivered.
Children
The Shop is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be flagged on the site and emailed to active customers. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision.
