The rules, in
plain language.

When you buy a workflow you receive (a) the workflow.json file, (b) documentation describing the nodes and required credentials, and (c) the right to use the workflow inside your own n8n instance(s), modify it, and run it for your own business or your clients' businesses.

You agree not to:

• Resell our workflows as your own products
• Distribute them publicly (GitHub, marketplaces, torrents, etc.)
• Strip out the embedded attribution comment
• Use them to build a competing "workflow marketplace" product
• Use them for anything illegal under the laws of your country

Prices are listed on each product page and are in USD unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal at checkout. You authorize the charge at the moment you complete checkout.

Because every workflow is a digital good delivered instantly, we generally don't offer refunds. We'll happily refund you in good faith if (a) the workflow you received was the wrong file, (b) it fundamentally doesn't do what its product page described, or (c) you bought it within the last 24 hours and haven't imported it into n8n yet.

Premium SKUs include 30 days of free deployment support. Library templates are sold as-is with best-effort community-style support. Custom builds include the support window negotiated at quote time (typically 14 days). After the support window, support is billed hourly at our then-current rate.

Custom workflow agreements are governed by the fixed-price quote we send before work begins. The quote will list scope, timeline, support window, and payment milestones. Out-of-scope changes are billed separately at our hourly rate.

Workflows depend on third-party tools (n8n, OpenAI, Slack, Gmail, etc.) which have their own pricing, rate limits, and terms. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts with these services and paying their usage fees.

The workflows are provided "as-is". We don't guarantee they will work for every conceivable use case, or that third-party APIs they depend on will remain available forever.

You're responsible for testing each workflow against your real data before relying on it for revenue-critical operations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to this Site or a purchased workflow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
